Alternatively, use a top quality water filter and change the filter regularly. You can continuously buy 20 liter gallons of water and switch out the bottles at supermarkets for cheap. There should be no excuse for not drinking purified water.

If you take a salt bath twice a week it is guaranteed to get rid of your acne or slow down the progression. To prepare this bath, simply add 2 kg of Epsom salt to your bath with the hottest temperature water you can withstand. You should remain in the bath tub approximately around 30 minutes until you sweat. After you are in the bath for 30 minutes, you should gradually cool off instead of instantly putting cold water all over your body.

As you can see water is a vital component in the treatment of acne and should not be taken lightly. By eliminating soda beverages, coffee, and any foods high in fat content will lead to a better lifestyle and you being acne free.
